The Woodland Fairy offers a range of professional magical services including:

You may combine any combination of services for your special event. Depending on the activities you wish to include, the minimum time may change. Please view my Packages where I've included some popular choices, or feel free to create something unique for you and your little ones.
Travel Fees
The Woodland Fairy currently services the Blue Mountains, Penrith, Hawkesbury, Blacktown and Hills regions, but as of August 2026 will be relocating to the beautiful Illawarra and South Coast of NSW. Please reach out in relation to all booking inquiries, as I have a magical team of artists who will be able to fly to you if I am already booked.
Depending on your location, a small travel fee may be applied if your closest fairy is already booked. Our travel fees apply for each entertainer attending your function.
25km: free
25km - 40km: $30 per entertainer
40km - 50km: $50 per entertainer
Committed to Being Greener
For the love of our magical planet, I am working to include the most environmentally friendly choices available, which is why I'm pleased to provide you with the following information:
I only use the highest quality, non-toxic, FDA approved water based skin-safe products from top brands such as TAG, Fusion and Global FX.
Glitter tattoos are applied using cosmetic grade adhesive and bio-glitter made from Eucalyptus. Not only are they fun and long lasting, but they're easy on the environment too. To remove your glitter tattoos early just use acetone or baby oil, otherwise they will naturally wear off after about 3-5 days.
All of my balloons are biodegradable (Sempertex and Kalisan). Although it's best to try and keep all latex products out of the garden and waterways, any small pieces that make their way into the wild will break down at the same rate as wood chips.
Bubbles are amazing and do not create waste! In the event that there is some residual bubble juice left outdoors after a giant bubble show, all of my ingredients are grey-water safe.
