Terms and Conditions
Customer happiness and satisfaction is incredibly important to me and my team, as is the safety of myself, my artists, and the beautiful children (young and old) that we cater to.
When you book an event with us, these are the terms and conditions we set for our services to ensure the well being and success of your event:
All artists working under The Woodland Fairy carry current Public Liability Insurance to the value of 30 million dollars for all entertainment services being offered and a current WWCC;
For reasons of insurance and personal safety, children under the age of 3 cannot receive face painting or glitter tattoos from the artist. The artist also cannot paint anyone who is presenting with symptoms of being sick or with obviously open/infected skin;
In the instance that a booking must be cancelled by the client within 2 weeks of the event date, 100% of the total booking fee for the entertainment services are payable to offset loss of business. In the event that the booking must be cancelled more than two weeks of the event date, 50% of the total booking fee is payable;
In the instance that a booking must be cancelled by the artist at any time, a 100% refund will be offered to the client;
In the instance that the artist is running late to an event, the delegated contact person will be notified, and the time will be made up at the end of the event to ensure that the client receives the full booking time. If this is not possible, a partial refund will be offered in writing at the end of the event;
A safe environment must be provided for the artist/s which includes full shelter in the event of rain, and adequate protection from excessive heat or cold; and
In the instance of unsafe working conditions which include but are not limited to verbal abuse, threats, physical aggression, inappropriate touching, deliberate damaging of equipment, drug use or other illegal and/or dangerous activities, the artist reserves the right to leave the area immediately to ensure their safety. In the unlikely event that this does happen, police will be notified and a refund will not be offered to the client.
The artist’s primary objective is to bring happiness and magic to your event, which makes us just as happy as you (if not happier!). I am very pleased to report a 100% success and happiness rate to date, and trust that with good communication your event will be another wonderful celebration too.
